Service for runners
Salzburg Marathon offers:
- „Welcome Package“ for each runner
- T-Shirt for each participant
- Beverages and food are provided along the course
- Personal Refreshments: Please drop your own personal refreshments labeled with the respective refreshment point the whole Saturday or
Sunday till 7:45 a.m. at the information point.
- Marking of the course
- More than 450 volunteers along the course
- Electronic timing with Champion Chip System, intermediate time km 10,55 and half-marathon
- Medical support, first aid, massages, beverages (Römerquelle, Powerade,
Stiegl beer) and nutrition (fruits) at the finish line
- Dressing rooms/showers:
- Gym in Josef-Preis-Allee, Hellbrunner Strasse
- Jahn Gym, Giselakai 21
- Pace-maker 3:15, 3:30, 3:45 and 4:00 hours
- Medical support along the course
- All finishers of marathon, Sparkasse half-marathon, VW Porsche Alpenstraße 10-km-Race and Bezirksblätter relay marathon will get a medal. After finishing your race, you can personalize your medal with an engraving of your name and achieved time at the cost of 7 Euro for adults and 5 Euro for the participants of the Coca-Cola Junior-Marathon. You can order this service at the online registration or directly after your race.
Attention: The medal engraving service is only available at the required times (see schedule). Fees already paid are non-refundable!

Marathon will get a personal diploma.
- Startlists and results in the internet.
Please leave your address and € 4,— at the bib pick-up, if you want
to receive a result list per mail.
